Earn Professional Development Units (PDU’s)

We are now offering a Professional Development Program that is focused on helping customers meet their goals in project management. These programs are designed working with the customer and focus on meeting their exact project management educational needs. Programs may be designed to award Continuing Education Units or Professional Development Units. The program can be  provided both at the College Park campus and also on-site at your facilities.

The Professional Development Program is focused on supporting the growth and development of project, program, and portfolio management as an effective business tool for public and private organizations. The curriculum builds the necessary skills to manage projects and programs effectively and is based on our extensive educational program. This curriculum addresses the needs of project and program managers as well as providing unique courses for senior managers and executives. These courses cover topics that include requirements analysis, planning, execution, portfolio management, leadership, team building, and strategy alignment.

On-Site Programs

The Center will design and deliver courses that are customized to meet your specific needs. These can be delivered at your facilities or any other suitable location, or on-line.

Outreach

The Project Management Center for Excellence has developed and delivered a series of project management courses that lead to the achievement of a Master of Science or a Master of Engineering degree. This curriculum has been reviewed by the Project Management Institute’s Global Accreditation Center and received accreditation in December 2005. Jump start your degree program by licensing ours.
