Energy, Environmental, and Infrastructure Management

Dr. Gabriel is involved with the modeling and analysis of critical infrastructure using optimization, game theory, and statistical methods. His applications are primarily in energy markets, the environment (climate change, wastewater management, land development), telecommunications networks, and transportation. His work includes model formulation and development of specialized algorithms to solve the resulting engineering-economic models as well as analysis of public policy issues.
