Mr. Groff is a Senior Counsel in the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Washington, D.C. His practice is devoted to representing parties in the construction and government contract industry. He has litigated contract claims before federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals and arbitration panels and he has extensive experience in contract drafting and the preparation of construction scheduling specifications. He represents owners, construction managers, contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of project types, including design-build projects, large power plants, a chip and processor fabrication plant, subway tunnels, wastewater treatment plants, airports, museums, schools, office buildings, condominiums and other commercial construction projects.
