David manages projects, develops web services, and designs websites. He recently finished his Ph.D. in civil engineering project management at the University of Maryland. His MS is in Water Resources and his BS is in mechanical engineering.
David’s doctoral research supports nonprofit organizations advocating for environmental sustainability. He has also helped develop a carbon credit production and trading service, and associated CAD web app, to encourage sustainable pavement design.
David led the development of this website.
