Bring our in-person workshops on Mastering Agile Project Management straight to your organization.  The five-part series can be delivered on-site at your location or on the University of Maryland College Park campus.  The five sessions focus on Applied Scrum, Speed, Innovation, Leadership and Control.  Each session includes exercises to reinforce instructional materials. Minimum number of participants is 10 with a maximum of 25.
