The Project Management Center for Excellence currently offers two professional development opportunities

Stay tuned! We’re developing new courses and workshops on “Agile People and Organizations” and “Risk Management.”

Agile Project Management Professional Certificate

Unleash your team’s potential: Master Scrum and the principles of Agile project management to deliver faster, more innovative solutions. After learning the basics of Agile, you’ll explore other frameworks to understand differences in scale, structure, and empowerment. Then you’ll dive into the science and essential principles to achieve the benefits of the Agile method: Speed, Innovation, Leadership, and Control.

We’ve teamed-up with edX to empower professionals with the tools they need to master Agile Project Management on the job – all without having to be enrolled in a formal educational degree program.
