Helen finished the MS program from UMD in spring 2020 and currently continuing to pursue a doctoral degree in the project management program. she also holds both BS and MS degrees in civil engineering from San Francisco state university. She worked as a staff engineer in NYC, where here project experience includes foundation design, building health monitoring, soil boring inspection & classification. Zihui Ma (Helen) current research interests include project risk assessment, statistics analysis, big data and social media.
